"Unforgettable Maestro" concert dedicated to the 85th anniversary of Vagif Mustafazade

With the main sponsorship of High Park Residence, On December 6, 2025, the prestigious “Jolly Joker” club will host the concert “Unforgettable Maestro,” dedicated to the 85th anniversary of Vagif Mustafazade — the founder of the jazz-mugham style and a legend of Azerbaijani jazz.

The concert will feature stars of Azerbaijani jazz:

• “Rast” band led by Honored Artist Rashad Hashimov

• World-renowned pianist, Honored Artist of Azerbaijan Shahin Novrasli Trio and young performer Murad Nabizade

• Jazz virtuoso pianist Ruslan Agababayev (USA)

• Composer and pianist from France, laureate of international competitions Etibar Asadli Trio

• Internationally acclaimed composer, pianist, jazz singer Aisel and famous saxophonist Teymur Suleymanbeyli with their band

• Azerbaijani pop and jazz singer, the country’s representative at the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest and winner of “O Ses Türkiye” Elnur Huseynov with his band

• Honored Artist of Azerbaijan, follower of Vagif Mustafazade’s creative path, renowned pianist and composer Emil Afrasiyab Trio

The event will be accompanied by an exhibition of paintings by Bahram Khalilov, a member of the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan, inspired by the music of Vagif Mustafazade.

The concert is organized by the Vagif Mustafazade Charitable Foundation.
