At the concert titled "Muğamın məftunları," People's Artist Gülyanaq Məmmədova and the winner of the Mugham TV Competition, Məftun Səfərli, will perform the "Rast" dastgah, along with folk and composer songs. They will be accompanied by the "Muğam" instrumental ensemble, led by tar player Rəşad Ibrahimov.
