In 2025, it is the 90th anniversary of Qadir Rustamov, one of the prominent representatives of the Karabakh school of khananda singing and a People’s Artist. On December 19, a memorial event dedicated to the artist will be held at the International Mugham Center. Renowned mugham performers will take part in the concert. The participants of the event will share their memories related to the artist.
